Groups for New Moms & Women

In-Person | Tsawwassen, BC

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor who is also a Mom, I provide small-group, in-person Group Therapy, exclusively for moms/birthing people and their families. Whether you are planning pregnancy, currently pregnant, or navigating the postpartum period, I am here to help you build connection and healing through shared experience.

To ensure each session feels personal, supportive, and connected, these groups are intentionally limited to 6 participants. Keeping the group small allows space for meaningful conversation, individual support, and genuine connection with other moms.

New Moms Group - Tsawwassen

A small-group therapy offering for new moms navigating the many changes that come with new motherhood.

Motherhood is a major life transition — one that can bring joy, uncertainty, overwhelm, and everything in between. This supportive in-person group creates space to slow down, connect with other moms, and feel less alone as you find your footing in this new chapter.

Through guided conversation, reflection, and connection, we’ll explore the emotional experience of new motherhood while building community and support along the way.
